Crumble with rhubarb, almonds and cranberries
Last Updated on
Dessert even for beginners made from seasonal fruits, with sliced almonds, dried cranberries and biscuit crumble. Crunchy thanks to the crumble.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Place the cookie crumbs in the bottom of two small baking dishes (diameter approx. 8 cm, height approx. 5 cm)
2. In another bowl, mix the rhubarb, cut into small cubes, with the cane sugar, cinnamon, cranberries and almonds, and sprinkle over the biscuit crumbs
3. Place a teaspoon of butter on top and bake in the oven at 160 °C until golden (about 30 minutes)
5. Serve hot or chilled, on its own or with a dollop of sour cream.
Recommendation:
Instead of rhubarb, try peeled and sliced apples, apricots and other fruits.
