Crostini with ham

Baked baguette slices smeared with cress, garnished with slices of ham, cucumber, chopped chilli and sprinkled with mint leaves.

Ingredients:

200 g of watercress 12 pcs of Schwarzwald ham slices 12 pieces of rustic baguette 3 pcs long red chillies 1 pc garlic cloves 1 pc of cucumber handful of mint leaves ground pepper

Procedure:

1. Rinse the chillies, pat dry, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, spray with olive oil, place in the oven and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes until the surface of the chillies are blistered
2. Then let them cool completely, peel off the skin, remove the seeds and chop the peppers finely
3. Brush the baguette slices with oil, peel the crushed garlic clove and fry on both sides on a hot grill pan
4. Then brush them with cranberries, garnish with sliced cucumber, sliced ham, mint leaves and chopped chillies
5. Serve drizzled with oil and sprinkled with ground pepper.
