Croissants with almond cream filling in Thermomix

Here is the recipe for almond cream filled croissants in Thermomix, tasty crispy and soft croissants, easy and simple to make for a breakfast or for a gourmet snack.
Ingredients:
6 croissants as at the baker’s ( Recipe here) 100 g almond powder 100 g sugar 1 bag of vanilla sugar 100 g soft butter 1 egg 10 g cornstarch 10 g amber rum
For decoration:
Slivered almonds Icing sugar
Preparation:
For the almond cream:
Put the sugar in the bowl then mix for 10 seconds at speed 10.
Scrape down the sides then add the almond powder, cornstarch, vanilla sugar then mix for 15 seconds on speed 2.
Then add the rum, butter and egg then set for 35 seconds on speed 3.
Cut the croissants in half then top them with the prepared almond cream, and brush the top.
Sprinkle with slivered almonds then place on a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper.
Preheat the oven to 180°C then bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Allow to cool then dust with powdered sugar and serve.
