Crocodile Steak
Quick minute of crocodile meat. Pan seared crocodile steak.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Season the steaks with salt, pepper and curry spices
2. Place them in hot olive oil and sear on both sides
3. Remove the meat from the heat source and let it rest for 5 minutes or so, then serve the steaks immediately.
Recommendation:
Those who don’t like curry can skip it. The meat is great served with a variety of preserves and warm sauces that can be made from the stock.
Note:
Steak prepared this way is great with warm plantain sauce.
