Crispy cupcakes made with Gran Moravia cheese and filled with ricotta

Luxurious festive treat of La Formaggeria Gran Moravia cheeses. Try these cheese cupcakes filled with a mixture of ricotta, cream, herbs, pepper and salt.

Ingredients:

For the cupcakes: 250 g of freshly grated Gran Moravia cheese 1 tsp 1/4 tsp 1/4 tspfreshly ground pepper For the filling: 170 g ricotta from La Formaggeria Gran Moravia 1/4 cup whipping cream 2 teaspoons parsley 1/2 tsp thyme Gorgonzola DOP Dolce cheese from La Formaggeria Gran Moravia pickled sun-dried tomatoes freshly ground pepper salt

Procedure:

Preheat the oven to 175 °C.

Place baking paper on a baking sheet lightly brushed with olive oil. Spread heaps of grated Gran Moravia cheese on it and lightly pepper. Make the piles into rounds about 5 cm in diameter.

Bake them in smaller batches. When the rounds start to bubble and turn golden, remove them from the oven and fold the patties, still warm, over a ladle to form the shape of the cupcakes.

Mix the ricotta, cream, herbs, pepper and salt and place in the fridge.

Fill the cheese cupcakes with the mixture. Decorate with a piece of sun-dried tomato.

Recommendation:

Try another variation: replace part of the ricotta with Gorgonzola DOP Dolce cheese and whip everything well to a thick cream.
