Crispy cottage cheese and cinnamon snails

200 g cottage cheese 100 g butter (hera) 180 g plain flour (ideally T650) 20 g cinnamon sugar

The cake is suitable for every day, the preparation is very simple. I got the recipe from my grandmother who used to make them very often. They are my memories of my childhood at my grandmother’s.
1.
Mix all the ingredients into a smooth dough.

Roll out and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll the dough and cut into 1.5 cm thick rounds.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
