A classic that never disappoints:
1.
Wash the lemon thoroughly and squeeze the juice out of it. Grate the lemon zest.
2.
Divide the washed chicken thigh into two parts, season with salt and pepper.
3.
Mix 1 tbsp oil with 6 tbsp lemon juice and a little rosemary. Pour this over the chicken thighs and let them rest for 30 minutes.
4.
Remove the meat from the brine and let it drain. Clean your garlic and add it to your thigh as you fry it from the shop sides
5.
Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the thigh on both sides. Peel and thinly slice the garlic and add it to the meat. Sprinkle the rest of the rosemary over the chicken thigh and place in the oven to bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Garnish the finished chicken leg with a little rosemary and a slice of lemon.
6.
Clean the peanuts and cut them into thicker chunks and leave them to soak in cold water. Prepare a frying pan and heat the oil. Place the fries in the pan on the hot oil and fry the fries for about 10 – 15 minutes.
7.
The fries will be golden and crispy on the surface. Let them drain and sprinkle with salt.
