crispy chicken in the oven
Follow the recipe to make crispy baked chicken, made with corn flakes, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Easy to cook and perfect to serve with a sauce of your choice and a salad.
Ingredients for 4 people:
Chicken cut into pieces 150 ml semi-skimmed milk 1 egg 50 g plain corn flakes without sugar 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 teaspoon paprika chopped parsley Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Put the chicken pieces in a bowl and then lightly salt, pour the milk over them and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Put the corn flakes in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
Add the curry powder, paprika, chopped parsley, salt and pepper then mix and pour into a plate. Beat the egg on another plate.
Pass the chicken pieces through the beaten egg and then into the cereal mixture.
Then arrange them in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 180° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Then serve the crispy chicken in the oven with sauce and salad.
