30 pcs wonton dough a little oil for frying

100 g chopped chicken 100 g chopped fish fillets 1/2 pcs chopped celery 1 pcs young onion 2 tsp light soy sauce

1. To make the sauce, combine sugar, oco, tomato paste and 3/4 cup water in a small saucepan. In a small bowl, mix flour with 1 tablespoon water. Add the mixture to the saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring constantly to thicken. The sugar must dissolve. 2. Mix the ingredients for the filling with 1/4 teaspoon salt. Place 1 teaspoon of the mixture on each wonton. Brush the edges with a little water, fold and shape the wontons and roast until crisp.
