Crispy bananas with honey

4 pcs bananas Cornflakes/cornflakes 2 pcs eggs 3 tbsp plain flour (mounded) 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder a pinch of salt a pinch of salt honey for drizzling

You have never eaten such a quick and easy goodness!!! A fantastically tasty dessert that you will be adored for:
1.
Clean your bananas and cut them into 4-5pcs, depending on the size of the banana

Make a thick batter from eggs, sugar, flour, salt and PDP.

Place the cornflakes/cornflakes in one bowl and rub them a little more with your hand so they are not so big.

Peat the bananas in the batter first and then roll in the Cornflakes. Finally, fry until golden brown in plenty of oil.

Serve the crispy bananas warm, drizzled with honey π In any case, I donβt recommend omitting the honey, as it is the honey that gives the whole thing that special flavour π You can also sprinkle with ground almonds or nuts to taste π
