250 g plain spelt flour (wholemeal) 50 g ground nuts 150 g butter 2 tbsp honey 100 g oat flakes (fine)
Cheese filling
1 tbsp brown sugar 1 pk egg yolk 6 pk apple
Apple filling
400 g cottage cheese 1 pk egg white 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 KL ground cinnamon

Crisp spelt pastry, fluffy apple filling with cottage cheese, crunchy surface.

Work the ingredients for the dough in the bowl with your hands as you would for a linzer.

Press half of the dough onto a smaller baking sheet or into a baking dish, store the other half in the refrigerator.

Mix the ingredients for the cheesecake filling in a bowl and spread over the dough. Peel, grate and season the apples with sugar, cinnamon and gently fold in the beaten egg white, layer the mixture on top of the cheesecake filling.

Grate the refrigerated cake and layer it on top of the apple filling. Place in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
