Crispbreads (toasts) and egg sandwiches

Cut the bread into thin slices. The thinner the slices the better the bread will crisp up. Put drops of oil or little oil in the pan because the bread absorbs a lot of oil.

When the oil in the pan gets hot, we put the slices of bread on the pan and watch how the slices of bread brown and based on how high we put the flame, we turn the crispbread.

When we have crispbreads browned on both sides until crispy. Break the eggs and scramble them and then dip the remaining slices of bread in the scrambled eggs and place them on the pan in the same way and turn them to the other side as soon as we see that they are darker

So fry them from the shop sides and you have finished the egg breads. So good taste.
