Crisp apple pie

1.5 kg apples to taste sugar 1 KL cinnamon 4 dkg vanilla pudding powder 4 pcs egg yolks 15 dkg margarine / butter, 1 tsp sugar 1/2 dl milk 3 dkg yeast 30 dkg flour 1 pinch salt 1 tbsp breadcrumbs 1 pk beaten egg

This recipe is from a friend of mine, but it is very popular in the family, we often bake this cake for vykendy or when guests come over.

Peel the apples, grate them and put them in a pan with the cinnamon and sugar and let them simmer for a bit. When cool, stir in the custard powder.

Beat the egg yolks with the margarine until foamy, add the yeast risen in sweet milk, flour, salt. Knead the dough well.

Divide the dough into two parts. Sprinkle both with breadcrumbs. Spread one side with the apple filling and place the other side of the dough on top. Cover with a kitchen towel and leave to rest at room temperature for 3 hours.

Then brush with beaten egg and prick with a fork. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
