Cress Omelette

Egg omelette seasoned with onion, watercress and grated cheese.

Ingredients:

Rule for 1 serving: 2-3 pcs egg 1 pcs small onion 3 tbsp of sown watercress 2 tbsp grated hard cheese ground pepper butter salt

Procedure:

1. Beat the eggs, add finely chopped small onion and 3 tablespoons of chopped watercress
2. Season the mixture with ground pepper, salt and finally add grated cheese

Recommendation:

Serve with fresh bread or boiled potatoes.
