Cremonese Spaghetti

Cooked spaghetti mixed with roasted smoked meat (salami) and spicy red sauce, decorated with grated cheese.

Ingredients:

400 g of spaghetti 200 g smoked meat or salami 200 g shredded cheese 1 pk large can of tomato puree 1 tbsp sweet paprika 1 pc yolk 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp ground coffee ground pepper water to cook pasta

Procedure:

1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water until tender, drain it, rinse with cold water
2. Stir into the drained pasta diced and browned smoked meat or salami
3. While the spaghetti is cooking, prepare the sauce; put tomato paste, sweet paprika, Worcestershire sauce, egg yolk and ground coffee in a bowl, add salt and mix well
4. Add the finished sauce to the spaghetti and gently stir in, so as not to tear the pasta too much
5. Sprinkle the individual portions thickly with grated cheese.
