Sweet dessert baked under the grill.

Procedure:
1. Mix the cream, egg yolks and sugar with a whisk
2. Add the coffee and pour the mixture into 10 small baking dishes
3. Spread them on a deeper baking tray filled with water, put them in an oven heated to 100 °C and cook in this bath for about half an hour
4. Before serving, sprinkle the hot custard in the bowls with semolina sugar and leave to bake under the grill for 5 minutes
5. Serve hot.
