Creamy vegetable soup

ingredients

4 pcs potato 1 pcs onion 1 pcs carrot 1 pcs parsley 1/2 pcs leek 1/2 pcs celery 1/2 pcs zucchini 4 pcs peeled tomatoes a little broth 1 handful basil a little olive oil to taste salt, ground black pepper

procedure

1. Cut the Vegetable Recipes into smaller pieces and start sautéing them in olive oil. Onions, carrots, celery, parsley, celery come first, after a while potatoes, zucchini, leeks, tomatoes and now comes the broth. 2. On medium heat, cook the soup until soft. When it is ready, season it with salt, pepper, basil and blend with an immersion blender.
