Creamy soy soup

2 pcs potato 2 pcs carrots 1 can soy 1 crucible cream 2 tbsp plain flour 1 tbsp vinegar 1 litre chicken broth to taste salt, pepper,

steps

1. Dice the carrots and potatoes and put them to boil in about 1 litre of stock. Open a can of soy and when the potatoes and carrots are cooked, add the soy. Stir the plain flour into the cream and pour this mixture into the soup, stirring constantly. 2. Simmer it for about 15 minutes so that the flour in the soup is sufficiently cooked. Remove from the heat, add vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
