Creamy shrimp and mushroom pasta

2 tbsp olive oil 20 pcs shrimps without shell 3 cloves garlic 1 KL dried basil 240 g mushrooms 1/2 cup grated parmesan 3/4 cup grated mozzarella 250 g pasta

1. In a hot frying pan with a little oil, add the crushed garlic and prawns. Fry them for about 1 minute on one side until they are pink. Then flip them over, sprinkle with basil and salt and cook for about 2 minutes. Remove them from the pan and set aside. 2. Add the finely chopped mushrooms to the broth and cook, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes. Season them with salt, add the prawns and both cheeses. Bring the mixture to the boil and then simmer over low heat. 3. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package al dente. Set some of the water aside and rinse the pasta with cold water. Add them to the pan, add a little water and wait until the pasta is completely coated in the creamy sauce.
