Creamy parsley soup

ingredients

1 pk onion 2 tbsp olive oil 1 liter vegetable broth 4 pk parsley 1/2 pk apple 1 clove garlic 100 ml white wine to taste salt, ground black pepper a little parsley

procedure

1. Fry the finely chopped onion in hot oil in a saucepan and pour the stock over it. Add the chopped parsley, apple, crushed garlic and pepper. 2. Then pour in the wine, let it come to the boil and blend it in a saucepan. Season with salt and pepper and serve with parsley.
