200 g onion 3 tbsp oil 1 tbsp plain flour 1,25 liters meat broth a little ground black pepper to taste salt to taste bread croutons a little parsley to taste cream

1. Fry the onion, cut into rings, in the oil until brown. Sprinkle with flour, fry, pour in the broth, season with salt and pepper and cook until the onions are soft. 2. Blend or strain the soup and soften with cream. Garnish with parsley and serve with toasted bread cubes.
