Creamy mushroom sauce

ingredients

300 g mushrooms 5 dl sour cream 100 g plain flour to taste salt 3 dl milk 100 g lemon juice 50 g butter a little oil

1. Fry the sliced mushrooms in a little oil, dust with flour, pour in the milk. 2. Then add the cream, season with lemon juice and soften with butter.
