Creamy lentil soup

120 g lentils 1.25 litres water 3 pcs potatoes 1 tbsp oil 1 pcs onion 1 tbsp plain flour to taste salt 1/2 KL crushed cumin 1 pinch marjoram 1 pinch chopped thyme 1 pinch ground black pepper a little chopped parsley

Cover the pre-soaked lentils with water and boil with the chopped potatoes until almost tender

Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, add the plain flour and fry. Pour the broth over the lentils and mix thoroughly. Season with salt, add cumin, marjoram, thyme, pepper and mix finely.

Garnish the soup with chopped parsley.
