Creamy lángos

ingredients

1 kg plain flour 30 g fresh yeast 1 KL salt 1 crucible whipping cream 500 ml milk a little oil for frying

step

1. Add the flour and salt and knead into a smooth dough, which you cover and put in the fridge overnight. 2. The next day, take small pieces of the dough, pull them up with your hands and fry the lángos in a frying pan in hot oil on both sides until golden.
