Creamy kohlrabi soup

ingredients

2 tbsp plain flour 2 tbsp butter 1 dl milk 4 pcs kohlrabi ground black pepper water salt parsley

procedure

Clean the kohlrabi and cut into cubes, then put them to boil in boiling water. Prepare a light roux of flour and fat, pour in milk or cream, then water, add to the cooked kohlrabi, season with salt and simmer. Finally, season with pepper and, before serving, season with finely chopped parsley.
