Creamy Fish Soup with Croutons

Fish soup belongs to the Christmas dinner as well as the Easter lamb. We decided to soften our recipe with cream, which will be appreciated by all those who find the classic version of fish soup too strong.

Ingredients:

Number of servings: 4 servings 400 g capers 150 g cream 120 g onions

Procedure:

  • From the carp, half the carrots, onion, parsley and celery, make a stock, add salt and wild spices. Gather foam during cooking and cook for approximately 45 minutes. Then strain the broth.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan, sauté the rest of the Vegetable Recipes and dust with flour. Add the stock and cream and bring everything to the boil. Soften with butter and add chopped cloves. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Cut the onions into cubes and fry in butter.
  • Recommendation:

    In addition to putting the stock on to boil at the beginning, dust the remaining fried Vegetable Recipes with flour. It’s a subtle component, but you couldn’t do without it.
