This cake was made and brought to me about 2 years ago by my clever brother Janko , when we were in France on business for 8 months. Since then, this has been a family favourite and a cake we don’t miss for any occasion 😉
1.
Beat eggs with sugar, add milk and oil, mix well. Add flour, cocoa, nuts, baking powder and salt.
2.
Mix the dough well and layer it on a 20x25cm baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let the dough cool completely after baking. Then whip like a classic whipped cream.
3.
Prepare the chocolate cream. Once melted, remove from heat, let cool completely and refrigerate for 2 hours.
4.
White cream: do the same as with the dark cream, melt the white chocolate in the cream and leave in the fridge to cool. Whisk and mix with the mascarpone.
5.
Layer the dark cream, white cream and finally the topping of melted chocolate and cream on the cold pastry.
6.
Good taste!
