I got the recipe from the internet. Instead of a plate, I served the soup like this:
1.
Grate the cheeses on a grater ( sift a little and leave for garnish) Make a roux with the flour and oil, when ready remove from heat and add the milk stirring constantly. This is how we get béchamel.
2.
To this mixture add the grated cheese and stir until melted. Return the saucepan to a gentle heat and progressively add the stock, stirring until everything is nicely combined. When it starts to boil, remove from the heat and pour in the cream. Fry the bacon in a little oil and dry the cubed chilli in the oven or in a frying pan
3.
Finally, season the soup with a pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper if necessary. Pour into smaller loaves, garnish with grated cheese, fried bacon and bread cubes.
