Creamy celery soup with apple

1 pk celery 2 pk potato 1 pk apple 1 pk onion a little bacon 1 tbsp butter a little extra virgin olive oil 250 ml sweet cream to taste salt, pepper, 1 tbsp chives 4 tbsp sour cream

1. Clean and dice the potatoes and celery. The apple too, but you don’t need to peel it at all. Fry the finely chopped onion in olive oil, add the celery, potatoes, apple and sauté everything for a while. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, cover with water and cook until the celery is completely soft. 2. Then blend the soup with a stick blender, add the cream, add a tablespoon of butter and let the soup reheat. Meanwhile, fry the bacon pieces in a little oil. Ladle the soup into bowls, garnish with chives, sour cream and bacon pieces.
