200 g carrots 200 g white tofu 3 tbsp crushed tomatoes 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp mustard black ground pepper salt
procedure
1. Put the tofu in a large bowl, add the mustard, lemon juice and blend until smooth. Then stir in the canned canned order. 2. Season the mashed tofu with salt and ground black pepper. 3. Finally, stir in the coarsely grated carrots and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with nuts before serving. Enjoy!
