Creamy carrot soup

ingredients

200 g carrots 40 g butter 40 g plain flour to taste salt 1 dl milk

step

1. Clean the carrots, chop them and put them in boiling water. 2. Make a pale roux with the butter and flour. Pour water over it, add it to the cooked carrots, add salt and boil. 3. Shake and pour in the milk.
