procedure
1. Cut raw potatoes into cubes, cover with water, add salt, cumin and boil. When the potatoes have boiled a little, add the sauerkraut chopped finely, the sausage cut into rings and cook everything together until tender. 2. Then add the sour cream mixed with flour, cook again and finally add the ground red pepper rubbed with butter and the egg yolks mixed in a little milk.
