Creamy bryndza soup
ingredients
4 pcs potatoes 150 g bryndza 1,5 dl milk 1 tbsp ground paprika pcs salt, oil
step
1.
Cook the potatoes until soft. Fry the paprika in the oil, add to the potatoes and mash. Add the bryndza, milk if necessary and whisk. Season with salt.

Serve garnished with fried bacon.
