Creamy avocado sauce

1 pcs ripe avocado 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp olive oil 1 pcs lemon to taste salt

1. Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh. Gently mash it, add the garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. Blend the mixture again and season the sauce with salt. 2. This avocado sauce or dip goes well with grilled meat.
