Creamed mushrooms

500 g fresh mushrooms 2 cloves garlic 1 bunch parsley 2 tbsp butter a little salt a little ground black pepper 1 KL plain flour 200 ml 12% sweet cream a little butter for greasing 100 g hard cheese
procedure

Slice the mushrooms thinly and fry them in butter with the chopped garlic and a third of the chopped parsley.

Season lightly with salt, ground black pepper, dust with a teaspoon of flour. Mix thoroughly and pour the cream over them.

Place the prepared mushrooms in a buttered baking dish and bake in a medium oven. When the cream thickens, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and bake for a few more minutes until golden brown. Finally, sprinkle with the remaining parsley. Serve with bread and vegetable salad.
