Favourite beans sautéed in onion, seasoned with, among other things, sour cream, served with hard-boiled eggs and boiled potatoes.
Ingredients:

smooth flour

small onion
lemon juice

For eggs:
4 pcs
larger eggs
water
For potatoes:
500 g
potatoes

of cumin
1 tsp
of salt
Procedure:
In a taller pan, in hot butter, let the diced onion brown, add the flour and cook to a light golden colour
Add the beans, cover with a little water, stir, add salt and sugar and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the beans are soft, about 8-10 minutes
Stir the sour cream into the soft beans, let it come to a boil and acidify with lemon juice to taste
Serve with hard-boiled eggs and boiled potatoes.
Egg preparation:
Place the eggs in cold water and bring to a boil
As soon as the water starts to bubble, we have almost finished the soft-boiled eggs, so turn down the heat of the source and boil the eggs for another 5-8 minutes
Immediately place the boiled eggs in cold water and you are done, just peel and halve them.
Potato preparation:
Wash the potatoes, peel and cut them into larger cubes, rinse them thoroughly again, then let them drain thoroughly
.Put the drained potatoes in a pot and pour cold water over them
Salt the water, season with cumin and boil for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are soft, then drain the water and serve.
