Cream puff recipe

Ingredients:
1 puff pastry sheet (thawed) , 1/2 cup heavy cream , 1/4 cup sugar , 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Roll pastry sheet into a 12-inch square.
Cut into twelve 3-inch squares.
Place squares on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for 1 minute.
Press down the center of each square with the back of a spoon.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack.
For the filling, in a mixing bowl, beat together heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until thick. Spoon or pipe into the centers of each cream puff. Serve immediately.
You can use this cream puff recipe for many different things. You can make them smaller or larger depending on what you need. You can also add fruit or chocolate to the center before you bake them
