320 g peas 20 g butter 30 g plain flour 2 dl milk to taste salt
procedure
Boil the clean peas in water.Make a roux from the butter and flour,pour in the water and milk,season with salt,add to the peas and bring to the boil.Strain the finished soup through a sieve.
