Cream of dried pea soup with sausage

ingredients

200 g dry peas 1 pk small onion pk salt, bay leaf, plain flour, oil, marjoram, 500 ml milk 2 pk sausage

Excellent soup.

Dry peas can be soaked before cooking. Fry the finely chopped onion in oil. Prepare a roux with a little flour. Pour in a little warm water, stir and add the peas, salt and bay leaf. Cook until the peas are cooked through. Prepare a roux from the milk and plain flour. Gently stir this into the pot, let it boil. Towards the end of the cooking time you can add the finely chopped sausages.Add the marjoram and season. Serve with bread,or other bread, good taste.
