Cream of dried pea soup with pumpkin oil and croutons
ingredients
2 tbsp oil 250 g dried peas 1 pk onion 4 pk carrot 2 tsp ground red pepper 1,5 liters water salt ground black pepper 1 pk vegetable broth pumpkin seed oil bread
procedure
1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the diced onion. Put the minced red chillies on top of the glassy fried onions and cover with water. 2. Add washed peas and sliced carrots, a teaspoon of salt and ground black pepper to this mixture. Cook until the Vegetable Recipes are soft. Add the broth to the boiling soup and simmer for a few more minutes. 3. Blend the cooked soup with a stick blender. Serve drizzled with pumpkin oil and toasted pieces of bread (croutons).
