Cream goulash

ingredients

500 g bean pods 1 pk onion 500 g pork leg 3 tbsp oil 400 ml vegetable broth to taste salt, ground black pepper 200 ml whipping cream 2 stems thyme

step

1. Clean the beans, cut them into small pieces and boil them in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, clean the onion, fry the diced meat in hot oil. Add the onion, thyme, simmer the mixture briefly and add the drained bean pods. Add the broth, season with salt and pepper. 3. Soften the already cooked goulash with cream and let it go through the boil.
