1. Clean the beans, cut them into small pieces and boil them in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, clean the onion, fry the diced meat in hot oil. Add the onion, thyme, simmer the mixture briefly and add the drained bean pods. Add the broth, season with salt and pepper. 3.
