Cream cuts with strawberries
ingredients
400 g puff pastry dough (400 g) 1 liter whole milk 6 tbsp Crystal Sugar 3 packets strawberry pudding 1 pinch salt 2 pk egg whites round biscuits as desired strawberries without stems powdered sugar for sprinkling

Simple preparation packed with strawberries. A great treat for both big and small.

Prepare the ingredients.

Roll out the dough using a rolling pin, transfer to a 29x39cm baking tray, lift the sides up so the filling doesn’t overflow, prick with a fork. Place the biscuits on the dough, flat side down. Wash the strawberries, let them drain, cut them and place them in the gaps between the biscuits, see photo.

Cook a thick pudding in milk with a pinch of salt according to the instructions. Whip the egg whites into a stiff snow and lightly fold into the cooked pudding. Spread the strawberry filling evenly.

Place the second crust on top, pricking it with a fork to prevent the dough from crumbling.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden. After baking let cool sprinkle with powdered sugar, good taste.
