Cream cheese stuffed mushrooms
ingredients
4 pcs large mushrooms 200 g Philadelphia cheese 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp chives/parsley 1/2 tbsp dried thyme to taste salt, ground black pepper
procedure
1. Clean the mushrooms, cut off the stems and chop finely. Mix the cheese with the lemon juice, salt, pepper, thyme, crushed garlic and finely chopped stems. 2. Season the mushrooms with salt, fill with the stuffing and place in a baking dish. Bake at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes.
