Cream and cheese spaghetti

250 g spaghetti 250 ml whipping cream 100 g butter 1 pinch nutmeg to taste salt, ground black pepper, chilli a little grated Parmesan

1. Put the spaghetti in boiling salted water. While the spaghetti is slowly cooking prepare the cream sauce. 2. In a small saucepan, bring the lightly salted whipping cream to the boil. Cook it until it loses about 1/3 of its volume. Then set it aside, add the cubed butter, a pinch of nutmeg and ground black pepper. The butter will immediately melt in the warm sauce. 3. Cook the spaghetti al dente. Drain only, do not rinse with cold water. Put them on plates, pour the cream sauce over them, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chilli.
