Crackling Pagáče

Salty yeast bread baked in the oven until golden brown and smelling of crackling.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Place the liquid and then the bulk ingredients in the baking machine, crumble the yeast in the middle and turn on the “Dough” program, Allow to mix and rise
2. While the dough is rising, grind the crackling finely
3. Transfer the risen dough to a rolling pin and roll it out as far as possible, spread the crackling mixture into two thirds of the dough, cover with the remaining dry dough, then fold the part with crackling over the other part, then fold the top edge to the middle, do the same with the bottom edge, so we actually get a package
4. Then roll out the folded dough again carefully and cut out individual rounds with a glass dipped in flour, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper
