250 g surimi crab sticks 1 pk small can of corn 1 pk onion or young leek 3 pk hard boiled eggs 3 tbsp mayonnaise 3 tbsp yoghurt 1 tsp mustard 1 tsp ketchup 1 tsp soy sauce pk salt pk pepper

1.
Hard boil the eggs, slice the crab sticks.

Slice the eggs into cubes. Add corn.
3.
Clean the onion or leek, slice, transfer to a bowl and season with salt. Mix thoroughly. Stir in mayonnaise, yogurt, ketchup, mustard and soy sauce, season with salt and ground pepper.

Stir well and let cool.
5.
Serve with bread.
