375 g crab sticks 150 g Eidam cheese 2 pcs eggs 2 tbsp hl.Flour 1 pk onion 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp mustard 1 tbsp sour cream or yoghurt pk oil pk pepper, salt, breadcrumbs for coating
procedure
1. Thaw the crab sticks and clean them from the foil. 2. Chop the sticks finely. 3. Add grated cheese, chopped onion and all other ingredients. 4. Stir well and let stand in the refrigerator for an hour. 5. Form the mixture into fritters, coat in breadcrumbs and fry in oil. 6. I don’t eat side dishes now so only with broccoli. They can be eaten with bread, potatoes and various salads. Warm is best but they can be eaten cold as well.
