Couscous with pumpkin

ingredients

100 g couscous 300 g pumpkin 80 g goat’s cheese 1 tbsp olive oil 1 KL oregano 3 cloves garlic a little vegetable broth to taste salt, ground black pepper

procedure

1. Place the couscous in a bowl, season with salt and cover with boiling water according to the instructions on the packet. 2. Clean the pumpkin, cut into cubes.
