Couscous with grilled Vegetable Recipes
ingredients
200 g couscous 1 KL butter 1 pinch salt, ground black pepper a little broth 1 pk zucchini 12 pk cherry tomatoes 1 clove garlic
procedure
1. Pour the couscous into a bowl, pour the boiling broth, season with salt and cover. Meanwhile, wash the zucchini and slice the Vegetable Recipes. Wash the tomatoes only. 2. Season the Vegetable Recipes with salt, drizzle with oil and arrange on the grill. Grill on both sides for about 5 minutes. Season the couscous with more salt, pepper, pressed garlic and soften with butter, if desired. Then stir the Vegetable Recipes into the couscous and serve.
